Los Angeles: Guccione stays in bankrupt mag’s future Troubled Girly mag Penthouse, which filed for bankruptcy last summer, on Tuesday filed a reorganization plan with U.S. bankruptcy court in New York that includes a 10-year contract with publisher emeritus Bob Guccione, who founded Penthouse in 1965.
