Variety - Footage of a heart operation is intercut, inexplicably, with shots of Air Force One landing, bearing George W. Bush for a state visit to the Czech Republic. Nemec's voiceover sometimes breaks through the thrumming, electronic noise track to share memories, like how he once wrote a play about heart smugglers with Vaclev Havel, but now Havel gets the best heart for his own surgery while Nemec had to hold the oxygen mask himself during his. Later images, shot with a still camera, dwell on pretty girls, or pretty girls' breasts and buttocks, on the streets of Prague. Shadows of hands occasionally pop into view. Abrupt ending may be intended to suggest a fantasized death or that helmer just ran out of steam. Tech credits are rudimentary.
