Low-budgeter, shot in 12 days with a non-pro cast by local maverick Theo van Gogh ("Interview"), has an arch Eurotrash feel that won't travel any farther than the Lowlands. As a commentary on the country's mixed-ethnic youth culture, pic says considerably less than a genuinely entertaining film like Albert ter Heerdt's "Hush, Hush, Baby!"
