This costs a lot of money for the target to fix, they have to get their basement pumped, and causes a lot of structual damage. This works, I did it in 9th grade, never got caught
What you need:
Garden hose
Cover of darkness
Wha to do:
Get in their back yard and look for a vent on the siding of their house. All it is is a hole in the side of your house, with a slanted metal flap over it to keep water out. This Hole is really a combustion tube. The combustion tube allows air in so your heater/AC can work. It’s just a tube that goes into your basement.
A water spout should be nearby. Hook up the hose to it, and put the hose in the combustion tube and turn the water on. It helps if they have a lot of plants around so they can’t see the hose as easily.
Now your neighbor has an underground swimming pool. |
