In most public bathrooms, the soap dispensers are the same. The way to open the soap dispenser is by reaching behind the lever to dispense soap, until you find a button. Push your finger/s into it and pull down the face (front) of the dispenser. (This is how janitors change the soap.) Now you can pull out the bag of soap and squirt that #*@! all over the bathroom. It’s great, and pisses off your school administrators, too.
