OK TAKE A 2-3FT LONG 1-2 IN WIDE PVC PIPE
SECOND GET ABOUT 1 FT SURGICAL TUBING YOU CAN GET IT AT WALMART MAKE SURE IT IS THE THIN KIND
GET A METAL CLOTHES HANGER AND BEND IT SO IT IS LONG AND HAS A HOOK
GET DUCT TAPE PUT THE TUBING INSIDE THE PIPE MAKE SURE THE TWO ENDS ARE NOT INSIDE THE PIPE BUT OUTSIDE THE PIPE NOW TAPE THE TUBING REAL TIGHT AOUND THE PIPE AND GET THE HANGER AND PULL THE TUBING TOWARDS YOU AND LOCK AND LOAD I LIKE TO USE BOLTS
