Take the BIC pen and take it apart so you are left with the hollow tube, keep the inside of the Ink cartridge thing for ammo. Make a tiny holy on either side of the middle of the pen using something sharp (this will be a guide for the drill). Drill through the pen, make sure it is perfectly straight otherwise it will not be accurate. Now take you long rubber band and cut it so it is now a long strip of rubber. Tie knots in each end of the rubber band (as many as needed) so you can jam the knots down either end of the BIC tube.
There you have it, your Bow and arrow pen!

Aug 16, 2005 5:03 am - sicko rhys - i mean ganchathon. I made one last night with my hobby kit(drill kit and buffer) and i drilled some sick holes and then i buffed it up. It goes through 5 pieces of paper. sick 5*
Aug 16, 2005 7:22 am - Interesting idea, might be good for laughs with friends but otherwise its probably not worth it. It goes pretty far but when you hit the person it is no worse pain but going up to him and just poking him. If you recomended other things for ammo it would have been better, I personally think the best here would be a really long nail posion tipped.You may need a thicker elastic for that but what can you say it would be funny to shoot at someone just dont rely on a bow and arrow pen to save you in combat

Aug 16, 2005 4:27 pm - thanx thanx for all the comments! this bow and arrow pen was going around the school, but all the did was rested it on top of the pen and fired, but i thought of drilling a hole through the middle to increase power and accuracy!
