First you need:

1. Metal tube
2. Ruber
3. Hot glue gun
4. b gun
5.extra metal

you need to cut the tube down the midle. then glue rings of ruber on one half. make sure that the rings are evenly spaced out. gule the two halfs together. then cut rings out of the extra metal that can fit over the end of the tube. when you drill holes in them make sure they are even and just as big as the b.
