Right its been along time since ive given info on free running for my group (and im sorry for that)
But today i shall talk about back flips and front flips (and a lil story) ok front flips + backflips, yes front flips are easier than back flips!!!! now for the story:
At my old school there was this roof, pretty high musta been 13 foot high, and by the side of it 10 -15 feet out there were skips, now these skips were full of paper due to the end of shcool year and old stationary being chucked out, anyway, me and my m8 got up on this roof, started jumping into the paper, first just straight then doing frontflips (back then we had not masterd the back flip) and that is all i can rememer so far, (was too stoned cuase we would get mashed on flat pressed then go free running)
Anway way the moral to the story is, PRACTISE MAKES PERFECT!!!! if your too scared todo frontflips or backflips in gaps and such stuff, use a trampoline!!
it may seem sad, but i will tell you what sad is SAD is doing something you have never done before over a high gap and fucking up AND BREAKING UR NECK IN THE FALL !!!!! THATS SAD, and i would recomend doing somethings on your own to over come your hears, rather than having you friends around and you do it but are still affraid of it ^^ |

Idiot you rated your own egg!! and if you knew anything you would know backflips are far easier because you can see where you are landing. you cant see your feet hitting the ground in a front flip. NO STARS |

bulls eye, getting the momentum to actually do a backflip without landing on your head is hard, its not about fucking seeing were you land, yes maybe its easier but geting the momentum to do a front flip is muc easier since your back mainly leans forward... THUS>>> making it easier |
