Ok so me and some friends have been finding a ton of cool things around our school to steal and hang around our rooms and whatnot. Recently we were walking around and thought about taking one of those exit signs, so we did. But we wanted it down without just ripping it off the wall and possibly breaking it. First you take the faceplate off that has EXIT on it(picture 1 up top). Then you should see the red lights at the bottom that easily come out but you may have to unplug them first(picture 2). And last, the battery pack(picture 3), all that needs is a pair of scissors to cut the strap holding it in. Now we haven’t gotten down the backing of it but it just takes a screwdriver.
I have more things that we stole that I can post about but not right now. So happy stealing.
May 09, 2006 8:15 pm - yea, i did the dumbass thing and cut right through the live wires with scissors which are obviously metal and a huge spark or fireball or w/e jumped out.
