well i never thought i would be the one to discover where to get a fairly easy way to get potassium chlorate but i did and here it is. you know the hand blaster balls (see above) they contain potassium chlorate its on the ingrediants on the back along with sulfur glue and powdred glass. the balls might just contain it on the surface of the balls, i am not sure and i am no sure how to exract it. water dosnt seem to work. if anyone has any idea how to extract please leave a comment.
