########################## Fox/Pest Poison Version 1.0
Created by Jimmeh
Made on 26/08/2007
--Made with my BETA Egg maker (EggIt) ##########################
Section 1: Materials-
1. Knife (not too much)
2. Pestle + Mortar (or any substitute)
3. Kitchen roll or toilet paper (You’ll need)
4. Access to plants (Lilies)
5. Kettle or boiling materials
6. Bottle or separate container.
Section 2: The finding!-
1. Finding your lily is easy, considering that almost every one is highly poisonous to cats, dogs, foxes and similar sized critters.
2. Types-
Arum Lily (The one I am using, is known for being very highly poisonous to humans, but it is also lesser known for being a myth and that the effects are more of a placebo than actual physical poisoning- burning sensations when the leaves are eaten is obviously known to produce burning sensations and similarly located cramps, but not much is actually told about the minimal effects. I personally do not know, but I believe that I don’t really care, however you might want to be cautious when handling plants like the Calla Lily which is rich in oxalic acid: just like the Arum. Be very careful.)
Calla Lily (I don’t know much about this one except that it’s a definite danger, so be careful with what your target is.)
Research! Look them up, ask around. I’m only focusing on two types which are well known and fairly common.
Section 3: The harvest-
1. Once you’ve found your lily of choice (bad pun) you will need to "sample" a single leaf, as shown etc etc etc.
2. Use your knife to cut it off at an angle, notice the grained bevel on mine 8-) it’s too sharp for a little crappy Wenger... (Just thought I’d tell you all :D)
3. You’ve got your leaf, take it back to your workshop :P
4. This is where you will need your-
Pestle and mortar (or alternative)
Knife (*Cough* beautiful)
5. Cut your leaf into many small, manageable pieces
Don’t forget the stem, I suppose all of it will do.
All done...
Now take it all and put it into your musher!
Section 4: The main doing etc-
1. Now you have all your lily in your musher! Give it a bash, grind or smush fluidly all around the bowl.
2. Should be very dry but small amounts of liquid coming out. So you need to dilute it a bit... Tag that kettle BIZATCH!
--How to use a kettle--
Open kettle top then fill with tap water...
Put kettle back on base and turn on...
Z0mg... it should actually turn on... unless ur kettle is gay nUbz...
--End of kettle lesson--
3. So now your kettle is boiling, just keep mushing and grinding to pass the time... Just crush as much as you can...
4. Now when your kettle is boiled, simply add only a tiny amount to just about make the water-level visible through the leaves.
5. Now... Mush, mush, mush! It should just be as normal...
6. ...but progressively you will notice that after more grinding, you’re leaves and water will make a nice deep green colour (depending on your leaves, more or less the mixture will be a deep green)
Section 5: The extraction part...
1. Eventually, when you feel that all of the leaves have been 0wn3d uF tH31R j00ces lUlz, then you need a separate container :)
2. Then you will need your tissue paper/kitchen roll...
3. Place the tissue deep into your separate container so the fluid doesn’t run out over the edge... Then get your mixture over the tissue and make sure that it wont spill out or anything...
4. Slowly pour it out now, and if you can, tip as LITTLE of the leaf as you can out onto the tissue...
5. I accidently took a few too many pics on this but meh... the more the merrier :)
6. Very simple... just pour all out until all the liquid is in the other container... But now you need to lift out the tissue and squeeze out as much liquid as you can- the lily might be irritant so you may want to wash your hands after idk...
Thus being left with a small, handy pack you can just toss away...
7. And now you are left with a few leaves as well, you can do exactly the same all of them into the other container...
And the neat pack again :) Easy... the process is anyway but... yea :D
Section 6: Finishing up-
1. You should now have a nice, filtered container filled with (very cartoon style) green-coloured poison. This will be harmful to many small animals- cats, foxes but will also be harmful to small dogs so be careful...
Maggie the Magpie says:
"Thanks for this! This will help keep those pesky cats away from me!"
2. All really easy steps, you can now use the mixture left as a liquid poison and bottle it up, or you can dissolve the water to leave you with a thin layer of the dangerous material itself (I personally have never done that but I’m very sure it will work)
3. Hence you will put the dish out in the Sun, high up away from critters.
Finally! I do not encourage you to use this poison EVER, this is (as noted on the RE Disclaimer) for informational purposes only and I would strongly advise you not to test this on yours, your neighbour’s or friend’s cat/dog. This should also be an eye opener for you to inform you of the fact that small amounts of lilies are highly poisonous.
I DO NOT TAKE BLAME FOR WHATEVER OR WHOEVER YOU KILL/SERIOUSLY INJURE USING THE PRODUCT!!
So! Thank you very much for reading Egg Heads- I hope you learnt something and found it interesting :)
Rate fairly,
Have fun,
Thanks!
Jim.
p.s. I posted quite quick so sorry if pics are out of line! :( Cheers.
The only poison i use is a 180 grain .357 magnum cartridge........
real harcore quote there my friend... *rolls eyes* theres a reason why many farmers use fox poison- because they simply dont have the time to sit and blast hell through their trees and scare their pheasants shitless...
but still, thanks for "holding your vote" instead of comment-raping me with PETA quotes =]
thanks for the votes everyone! :)
jim.
Aug 28, 2007 8:28 pm - I wouldnt rate unfairly, nor would i bombard you with heretic PETArd quotes.
I hate peta. I think wearing fur is awesome, and i eat baby cows for fun. However, poison isnt the most ethical of options. Most poisons are slow painful deaths, and if you traped them (neck snares) it would be much less painful.
And the *eye roll* thing doesnt work on the net, because that makes you even more of an ignorant dolt.
Sep 03, 2007 2:31 pm - i’m in a good mood 2day, that PETArd thing made me lol so Alle_mussen_st rben gets a 5*, this egg gets a 5* and jimmeh, feel free 2 use that duck on peta loving tards like fireisyourfriend when words r not enough ;) --->
