This will show ya how to make a balloon-ball.
The materials we will need are:
-A bag of balloons
-Scissors
-Water sink
First we will get a small balloon
Then we will fill it up with water, but not too big and tie it.
Then get a big balloon and cut off this part:
Then put it on top of the water ballon so now you have another layer.
Keep on doing this until you have like 12 layers. and you get a mess like this
Finally if you would like to decorate your ball, get a sharpy and draw a work of art like mine.
You can also puy glue instead of water if you like. Now your done. You can play with this with your mates or with your dog. IDK be creative.
