Jul 27, 2008 1:17 pm - I don’t understand how you know exactly when to hang up such that it connects to the 911 system to reset your phone but before you’re caller id’ed and traced. Sounds almost like if people do this they’ll get in trouble for dialing 911.

Jul 27, 2008 1:26 pm - With my phone it says connected on the screen, then after about 3 seconds it starts calling. I hand up in the middle of that. Oh, and so far i haven’t gotten in trouble.
