Intro
Their is a lot of bullshit on youtube on how to make gifs from videos and all this junk software and shit.I will be teaching you how to make gifs like i have on my profile from video clips the simple ass way. (Just windows movie maker required and a video you want)

Things Needed
1.Windows Movie Maker (very simple)http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/moviemaker2.mspx

2.A video to gif maker website (very simple just upload your vid), 1-10 second clips
http://www.gifninja.com/ConvertVideoToGif.aspx

3. A Gif or image editing website (very simple just upload your gif)http://www.online-image-editor.com/

4. A video downloader, i use a trial verision has 20 downloads anyway and its fast and just delete the program and renew ip and re-do it rofl http://videoget.com/

5.(Optional) Street hooker to suck your meat

1. download your video, with video get from youtube or w/e website

2. open up windows movie maker, drag your video there,

4. TRIM your video from the "nicca there sign" and from the front you can trim aswell, make it to the part you want your movie to be

5. Make sure your movie is 1-10 seconds long its gonna be a gif not a movie, , i made my gifs 1-5 seconds

MAKING YOUR SHORT 1-10 SECOND MOVIE A GIF?
1. go to the video to gif maker website i posted, and upload your movie, they make the loop for you.

2. its still too big for rotteneggs upload?, go the the image editing link i posted reduce the colors, resize and optimize, should be around 1-500bytes,

Im not no computer wiz, i always wanted to learn how to make gifs from video clips, and i hated all that bulky ass software and editing process shit id see on youtube so i bootlegged my own way nicca...
