ok, i wrote this egg before but that was when i was a noob and a dumbass, so heres a better one.
Materials:
leatherman
normal BIC pen
Clear BIC pen
ducktape
nylon tape
normal tape
clear pacaging tape
flexable straws
rubberbands
scisors
shishcabob stick
BBs
multiple colors of sharpies
rare earth magnet (i didnt have one)
Procedure:
theres alot of steps and im going to go kinda fast, any questions just add a coment
1)cut a hole in the BIC pen tube a little less than an inch from the end. Make the hole kindov rectangular. (the hole in the picture as too small and i had to go back and make it bigger) make sure the inside is clean, use a wrasp if you have one.
2) cut the straw so about an inch is on either side of the bendy part. Now cut one side into 4 parts and cut off 2 (so that two little legs can wrap around the tube) Then use a very small strip of nylon tape to secure the straw, but dont tape it to the tube, allow it to slide freely, you are going to want to ajust it later.
3)put some BBs threw the straw and ajust it untill its flfluid. take out the insides of the clear pen and slide it onto the straw. bend the straw forward useing the entire bendy part (or else it will pinch and nothing will come out) cut little straw spacers and tape them with the clear tape.
4)get the shishcabob stick (or whatever it is) and mark a point a little less thanthe lenght of the tube.
5)cut a strip of paper with the width of the legth of the BIC tube. wrap it around the stick and use normal tape to keep it from unravling. make sure it slides very smoothly inside the tube. be sure to have the paper not go past the mark you made and a little sticking off to leave a good place for the BB to rest.
6)wrap a strip of ducktape around the wood part at the end and overlap a little on the paper. dont wrap directly to the paper, or when it rams against the tube the paper will rip and the stick will fly out. now cut the remaning stick off.
7)make little marks on the stick that will tell you when to stop pulling back.
8) on the BIC tube, put some ducktape overhanging a little on the back to help absorb the shock. (as in pic above)
9)create a small "v" with the paperclip and tape that on the front, put the yube in and put the rubberband on. (look at the picture)
To fire:
load the hopper with BBs and cap it.
make sure the rubberband is in place, now put your fingers under the rubberband so you are holding the pen.
pull back the inner stick untill you see the last line.
now either quickly release after you hear the 1st "click" or wait untill a coupple drop down and it goes in shotgun mode.
you can use alot of rubber bands to increase the power, but the more you use, the more the BBs skid along the side of the inside of the tube, causing them to veer to the side, and you did cut a big hole in the BIC pen, it is very weack at that point and too many rubberbands will have you starting all over.

anyways. the rubberband just stays on, its not erally connected. this makes it easy to change rubberbands if you need to.
Jul 27, 2005 1:08 am - on steps 5 and 6 you are making a "ram-rod" (the thing that hits the BB so it goes out of the BIC tube) just tape some paper around a shiskabob stick, and make a ducktape handle at one end.
in step 7 you are adding marks to the side opposite the handle that tell you to stop tulling back because a BB has fallen (you only need one but i put 3 so you have time to slow down)

hopper but its really similar to
my marker for paintball if you guys
dont know but instead of bbs cut the
top hole more wide and use airsoft.
then you dont have to lob as much and
they hurt about the same
