ok first thing you do is you sneak into there backyard at night. then just simply turn on the tap attatched to the hose. If you leave this going all night it will give them a huge water bill(if you do this everynight) but you have to make sure that you get up early and turn it off(this way theyll know that youll strike again and will be prepared) so you will want to get someone you live pretty close to so you can get up early and turn it back off. also if you want to be a real asshole you could do many things with the other end of the hose...
you could open the window of their basement and pour the water down there, or you could maybe put it in their exaust pipe, or even an open window in their car..just use your imagination with it...
oh and by the way you probly will not be able to do this now(if your in cananda) cuz there is still snow here and they make it so that you cant use those taps in the winter so maybe wait till april fools to do this(the snow is bound to be gone by then)
One thing about this though-- a lot of the time when you do this if the person is at home they can HEAR the water running. (duh) So it’s better to do it to someone who is NOT at home. Giggity.

but the best thing to do with the hose is leave it running and put it in someone elses windwo(like another house) and dont turn it off in the morning so those to houses bitch at each other cuz they think they put the hose in there house cuz its still running. lmao but ya its still a 5*
