Yeah. It melted near the USB port, pointing towards faulty wiring. I emailed the shitty custom support twice, first one asking what the hell was wrong with it, second saying your MP3 player sucks. I bet some guy in Singapore is trying to read it and has no clue what I am saying. I should of typed in 1337-speak.

Im sure English was hard enough for the gook to read, if you typed it in 1337 they probably would think its a virus and deleted it.

I have a psp, it works fine... and it is better than any other mp3 player. The only issue I have with it is the small storage space for the memory cards. I currently have one 1gig card. They cost near $100 a piece.

Maybe mine was defective or something. Whoever has a Zen, did you ever plug it into your USB BEFORE installing the software it comes with?

I don’t think the software would have had much to do with the f*cker melting. You probably just got a defective device. Is Creative the equivalent of the "store-brand" MP3 player?
