This post has a time stamp.
Any double posts after this time stamp that aren’t contributing to the thread will be ground for a 7 day ban. This will be up to moderator discretion, and ban duration will also be up to moderator discretion.
These are already rules, but I’m getting a little sick and tired of the double posting around here, and then people parodying off of those posts.
Just because one person does something wrong, and gets away with it, does NOT mean you will too.
And before people decided to turn this into a whiner cafe, DaDevil has been warned, and has said he will stop doing so. Anybody deciding that they have the urge to reply with xD will receive a lengthy ban because I’m not posting this to cater to your immature sense of humor.
If people don’t like the rules being enforced, please consider your options:
- Message weasel, get me demodded.
- Make your own site.
- Go to somebody else’s site, only to return here.
Any stupid comments in this thread will be cleaned up. This will be considered a site wide warning applicable to all forums, and pleading ignorance will not suffice an objection when you’re banned.

I notice you say that they are already rules, but there are rules that are still up for discussion in this thread http://www.rotteneggs.com/r3/show/se/700-forum-display_topic-0-1-5627002.html and haven’t as of yet been finalized. How can you ban on things that are not official rules yet? How do you know which things will end up in the final draft of the rules?
I’m sorry if it looks like I’m being a wiseass, but if they are not made official and placed somewhere for all to see when they are official, how can they be adhered to and enforced?

Posting one thing, then another thing right after with another message/comment.

I think he means posting something and then posting something else, you cant be banned for clicking the wrong button.

Double posting as in posting fragments of an idea across multiple posts, or excessive unrelated posts to the "goal" of the topic.
jaylbreak, they’re not up for debate starting with this thread.
That topic doesn’t mean there’s no rules until that gets finalized, it’s a place for suggestions in the mean time, rules are still being enforced.

I’m just saying, the rule you enforce with such gusto might just be the one that is ignored, dropped or trivialized when the rules are made final. How do you know which ones will be the final and enforceable ones?
Seems kind of presumptuous to think that the ones you are enforcing will even be in them at the end though they probably will.
What I’m saying here is maybe get the mods together to finish the job with making the rules?

Im glad you decided to do something about this, but I suggest you read my last posts in the thread about you being a nigger (in the on-topic discussion forum) regarding DaDevil getting THREE warnings for a rule hes broke repetitively and some people getting none whatsoever.

I don’t care what happens to the rules, this isn’t a debate thread, you’re not winning this over. These are the rules, abide by them, or get banned. That’s how it works. Black and white, no gray area.

I didn’t give him a warning, and I haven’t become aware of other warnings. Like I said, I warned him, he said he’d stop, if he doesn’t, he’ll get a ban like anybody else.

Yeah, that’s my point, which rules are the rules? Clarify please. I’m not trying to win anything over, I’m trying to find out what the rules are exactly. I don’t think that’s asking too much.
How can we follow that which is not defined?
I just want the rules, in black and white as you stated, no grey areas. As it stands it is entirely a grey area.

You warned him once before. I remember quite clearly, it was only a month or half a month after you got modded that I brought it up and you said youd give him "only a warning because he kisses my (your) ass".
Hes gotten at least two warnings that I know of (one from Viper, one from you just recently). Other members get one or none. Why does he get special treatment?

You want black and white? If I ban you, for it, you’re obviously wrong. If I don’t, you’re obviously right.

Because I play favorites, and am an unfair moderator, and impose too long of bans. But hey, I’m not demodded yet, so I must be doing the right thing in the eyes of the site owner. I mean, he sure as hell hasn’t complained to me yet.
