No, 4th of July is American Independence.
Or do you mean an Independence Day?
Most likely yes, since during the Imperial ages most of the world was owned by Britain, France, and most of Europe. Because of that, almost all of their colonies have been liberated into their own countries.

I can’t think of many countries that don’t have some sort of independence day. All I can think of are Britain, France, China, Russia, and Vatican City.
