Anybody do them? I started what will become a Halloween tradition last year of making Geek-o-lanterns. 2008 was a Super Mario power-up mushroom, this year was the Bat-signal.

Nope, not usually. I might go get a few with a buddy of mine, and put fire crackers in them, to make it look like they exploded and then screaming pumpkins beside them.

I was never allowed to carve them. Me grandma says it causes them to rot early!

I usually make them with the kids but I haven’t this year.

I carve penises into pumpkins. Call em "Dick-o-Lanterns", I do.

Back when I was going out we would take pumpkins and throw them onto the road.

i still carve a pumpkin or two every year, but my lack of creativity and knife skill, i still make the classic triangles for eyes and a mouth with a couple of teeth in there

i made a pumpkin with sad slanted eyes , its mouth wide open with its insides pouring out. As to portray it throwing up. Also scattered beer cans around it X)

I remember the last time I did anything with a pumpkin, I was 13 and a friend of mine had acquired about 20m of bungee cords, using a bucket with them we made a slingshot between 2 trees that faced a road and with the convenience of living by some allotments at the time we launched about 30 or so pumpkins through the air to their doom, with only one pumpkin though could we be asked to hollow it out, pour a small amount of petrol in, light it and launch that, was uneventful as we never saw it land.
this year i may attempt a goatse pumpkin?
