Do u have Koss "the plug" earbuds?
there earbuds that have a kind of foam on the end that sticks in your ear. there crappy out of the box, but with a wellknow mod, there comparable to $150 earbuds. the mod is replacing the foam with ear plugs (for shooting... or sleeping)
theyl block out ALL sound twice as better than the original, there more comfterable, but its a little harder to put em in (have to "compress" earbuds w/ ur fingers"

or... you can get piece of dense foam, cut it into cylanders and shove them in your ears. actually, that works pretty well if you get the size right
