I was listening to the radio yesturday when
The DJ started discusing a small suburb town in Chicago ILL. something to do with the town ticketing
Those who like to wear their pants down past there Ass.I guess the fine is $25.00 for anyone who shows
Three inches or more of underware.What about that persons rights? shortly after I heard that ,I rode the bus home ,and this old dude I’d say was 56+yrs.
got off before me. his pants were down past his Ass
Dress code is one thing, but dude at least wear your
Underware.Now some people who were calling in wanting to get this made into a law.I aint paying no damn fine .It’s bad enough getting ticketed for talking on your cell phone while driving!

If such a law exists, turn in every elderly or retarded person you see with their underwear exposed. If they don’t prosecute everyone, they can’t prosecute anyone. If they do, you’ve got a ready-made appeal, and probably a nice lawsuit.
